Stockton – Patterson Outreach

The Stockton–Patterson Outreach is a monthly community outreach effort led by Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc. to serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, and hardship in the Cities of Stockton and Patterson. Through direct boots-on- the-ground outreach, volunteers provide practical assistance while offering hope, encouragement, and compassion to those facing difficult circumstances.

During this outreach, volunteers will distribute bagged lunches, bottled water, hygiene kits, clothing, blankets, seasonal items, and resource information. The outreach also provides opportunities for meaningful conversation, prayer, encouragement, and connection to local support services.

Community members are encouraged to support this outreach through donations of food, bottled water, hygiene items, clothing, blankets, and financial contributions that help expand our ability to serve those most in need.
