The Hart To Hart Ministries 2026–2027 Fall & Winter Coat and Warm Gear Campaign is a seasonal outreach initiative designed to provide warmth, dignity, and hope to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and hardship throughout the Central Valley and Sacramento Valley.
During our previous Fall & Winter Campaign, Hart To Hart Ministries distributed more than 400 brand-new coats and jackets, dozens of hoodies and sweatshirts, hundreds of beanies and gloves, blankets, clothing, hygiene supplies, food, water, and other winter essentials. Through the generosity of donors and community partners, we will continue providing life- saving resources and compassionate support throughout the 2026–2027 season.
Donations of coats, jackets, hoodies, blankets, gloves, beanies, socks, sleeping bags, and financial contributions are welcomed and greatly appreciated.
