Breathe Free Stockton Community Outreach & Meal Distribution

Breathe Free Stockton is a community outreach initiative presented in partnership with The SOL Project and Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc., with additional sponsorship from Nourishing Neighbors and the San Joaquin Community Foundation. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness about the dangers of tobacco, nicotine products, vaping, and other emerging tobacco-related products while connecting community members with valuable health
education, cessation resources, and healthier lifestyle alternatives.

This outreach is designed to empower individuals and families with information that supports healthier choices and improved quality of life. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about tobacco prevention, nicotine addiction, cessation support services, and available community resources that promote long-term health and wellness.

In addition to tobacco awareness and education, Hart To Hart Ministries will continue its mission of serving the community through compassionate outreach efforts. Attendees will receive resource information, encouragement, and access to supportive services designed to strengthen individuals and families throughout the Stockton area.

As part of this special event, hot meals will be provided and distributed through support made possible by Nourishing Neighbors and the San Joaquin Community Foundation, helping ensure that community members have access to nutritious food while participating in this important public health initiative.

Through education, outreach, partnership, and service, Breathe Free Stockton seeks to build a healthier, stronger community while providing hope, practical resources, and meaningful support to those who need it most.
