Community Outreach, Meal Distribution & Tobacco/Nicotine Awareness
Meeting/First Distribution Location: Corner of Lincoln Street and Church Street, near St. Mary’s Community Center
Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc. and The SOL Project (Saving Our Legacy) are joining together for Breathe Free Stockton, a special community outreach bringing nourishment, practical assistance, education, and hope directly into the Stockton community.
This mobile outreach is designed to meet people where they are. Our team will serve at two locations within the City of Stockton, beginning at the corner of Lincoln and Church Streets before continuing to a second community location to extend our reach to additional individuals and families.
What We’re Bringing to the Community
Participants will receive free hot, nutritious meals, along with essential items and resources provided with dignity and compassion. Hart To Hart Ministries will also distribute items based on availability, including:
Clothing and seasonal apparel
Hygiene care kits
Socks and personal-care essentials
Water and other necessities
Community resources and referral information
Encouragement, prayer, and compassionate support
Tobacco & Nicotine Awareness
Through our partnership with The SOL Project, Breathe Free Stockton will also provide important education about the health risks associated with tobacco, vaping, marijuana use, emerging nicotine products, and secondhand smoke exposure.
Community members will have access to educational materials and information designed to increase awareness, encourage healthier choices, and connect individuals who are ready to quit with smoking and nicotine cessation resources and support.
This outreach is about more than providing a meal. It is an opportunity to bring together health education, prevention, practical resources, and compassionate community care in one welcoming environment.
A Mobile Mission of Care
As a mobile outreach ministry, Hart To Hart Ministries goes directly into communities where individuals experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, and other hardships can more easily access assistance. By serving at two Stockton locations during this outreach, our goal is to reach more people, remove barriers to support, and remind every person we encounter that they are seen, valued, and worthy of care.
Come eat. Come learn. Come connect. Come Breathe Free.
