Modesto – Patterson Outreach

The Modesto–Patterson Outreach is part of Hart To Hart Ministries& ; ongoing commitment to serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness and hardship throughout the Central Valley. This outreach brings together volunteers, donors, and community partners who share a desire to make a positive impact through practical assistance and compassionate care. We will be serving in the of Modesto and Patterson.

Participants will help distribute food, bottled water, hygiene kits, blankets, clothing,seasonal necessities, and other essential supplies. In addition to meeting physical needs, volunteers offer encouragement, prayer, and resource information to help individuals connect with available community services.

Every donation and volunteer effort helps extend the reach of this ministry and provides hope, dignity, and support to members of our community who may be facing significant challenges.
