Hart To Hart Ministries and Help Is Hope will come together for a Joint Community Outreach on Saturday, October 24, 2026, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the vicinity of D Street and 9th Street in Modesto, California.
Hart To Hart Ministries will provide a nutritious bag lunch, bottled water, hygiene kits with socks, clothing, warm clothing and seasonal gear, hats, gloves, hand warmers, jackets and coats. Tents and sleeping bags will also be available for those in need, while supplies last.
FREE CELL PHONES WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN NEED — SUPPLY IS LIMITED.
Throughout the outreach, Hart To Hart Ministries will also share the love of Jesus Christ through compassion, encouragement, prayer, dignity, and personal connection.
Help Is Hope will provide information and assistance related to Medi-Cal and healthcare services, benefits enrollment, housing and food resources, transportation support, mental health services, and other community resources.
Following the Modesto outreach, Hart To Hart Ministries will continue to Patterson, California, to serve individuals and families there as well. Free cell phones will not be available in Patterson at this time, although we hope to offer this service there in the future.
