Saturday morning, beginning at 10:00 a.m., Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc. and the Barrow Foundation will come together for a joint community outreach at 721 Market Street in Stockton, California.
During the outreach, we will distribute food, water, clothing, hygiene care packs, socks, tents, sleeping bags, and other essential items to individuals and families in the community, with special attention to those experiencing homelessness, hardship, or other vulnerable circumstances.
Our purpose is not only to meet practical needs, but also to serve every person with compassion, dignity, respect, and love. For those seeking spiritual encouragement, prayer, or guidance, we will also be available to share the Word of Christ and offer spiritual support.
In addition, we will help connect individuals with other available services and resources throughout San Joaquin County by utilizing 2-1-1 San Joaquin as a resource connection point. Our goal is to help people move beyond immediate need whenever possible by providing information that may connect them to additional community support.
This will be a joint outreach between Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc. and the Barrow Foundation.
