Compassion in Action Modesto

Compassion in Action – Modesto is more than an outreach—it’s an opportunity to share hope, restore dignity, and demonstrate the love of Christ through practical acts of kindness.

During this event, volunteers from Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc. will come together to serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness, hardship, and food insecurity throughout the Modesto community. Those we serve may receive bag lunches, bottled water, hygiene items, clothing, blankets, sleeping bags, and other essential resources as available. More importantly, each person will be welcomed with compassion, dignity, respect, encouragement, and the opportunity for prayer.

Our goal is not simply to meet immediate physical needs, but to build meaningful relationships, connect individuals with valuable community resources, and remind every person that they are seen, valued, and loved.
