Rev. Willie L. Lockhart, Jr.

Reverend Willie L. Lockhart, Jr. is a devoted servant of God and the President of Hart To Hart Ministries. Ordained as a licensed minister in 2008, Reverend Lockhart brings more than 40 years of Christian faith experience and ministry service to both the church and the

community.

A native of Prentiss, Mississippi, he was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, where his love for people and passion for outreach began to flourish. Throughout the years, he has faithfully served both inside and outside the church walls — praying for the community, encouraging fellow believers, and ministering through street outreach and personal evangelism.

Reverend Lockhart is known as a prayer warrior with a compassionate, humanitarian heart.

He has dedicated his life to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and extending hope and practical support to those in need. 

He attended Good News Seminary and Bible College, strengthening his biblical foundation and ministry preparation.

Reverend Lockhart has been married for over 30 years to his beautiful bride, Dr. Ruby Esther Lockhart, Founder and CEO of Hart To Hart Ministries. Together, they share a deep commitment to serving God, strengthening families, and impacting communities through faith in action.

His favorite scripture, John 3:16, reflects the message that anchors his life and ministry: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
