Health, Hope & Healing is a citywide Community Wellness Day hosted by Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc. This collaborative event will bring together local agencies, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to provide valuable health information, supportive services, and community resources. The goal is to strengthen families, increase access to care, and promote overall wellness throughout Patterson and surrounding communities. Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are available.
