Hart To Hart Ministries will be present at the Free Community Health Fair hosted at Progressive Community Church in Stockton. This event will provide free health screenings and services, including diabetes testing, cholesterol checks, blood pressure screenings, and vaccines. Qualified participants may also receive select health monitoring supplies while available.
Hart To Hart Ministries will be representing and supporting community resource initiatives including Nourishing Neighbors (Albertsons Foundation) and Safeway, while also bringing awareness to Health Plan of San Joaquin and Community Medical Centers. In addition, we will be enhancing access to WIC and SNAP program information to help strengthen food security and promote family wellness throughout the region.
This event is supported by Future Well™ Communities, Abbott Fund, University of the Pacific Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy, Emergency Food Bank, Progressive Community Church, and other participating healthcare providers and community agencies serving Stockton residents.
