Hart To Hart Ministries will host a Community Street Outreach & Essential Supply Distribution serving individuals experiencing homelessness in Modesto and surrounding areas. Volunteers will distribute bottled water, hygiene kits, socks, blankets, non-perishable snacks, and weather-appropriate clothing. This outreach reflects our commitment to serving with dignity, care, and compassion while offering encouragement and prayer to those in need. Volunteers are welcome to assist with setup, distribution, and clean-up support.
