Community Outreach & Meal Distribution – Sacramento

Hart To Hart Ministries will host a Community Outreach & Meal Distribution serving individuals experiencing homelessness and food insecurity in Sacramento. Free meals and community resources will be provided as part of our ongoing outreach efforts. This event is made possible through local partnerships and reflects our mission of changing lives one heart at a time by meeting both physical and practical needs with compassion.
