Hart To Hart Ministries’ Annual Fall–Winter Coat & Warm Item Campaign provides coats, jackets, hoodies, blankets, and essential warm items to individuals and families facing hardship during the colder months. During last year’s campaign, approximately 400 individuals received support. This year, we are expanding our reach and inviting corporate sponsors, church partners, local businesses, and community donors to help us bring warmth, restore dignity, and share hope throughout the region.
- Patterson, Modesto, Stockton, Manteca, Tracy, Merced, Fresno and Sacramento/Elk Grove surrounding communities.
