Rapheal Frazier

Executive Leadership & Financial Stewardship

Rapheal Frazier serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc., where he helps provide financial oversight and stewardship in support of the ministry’s mission to serve communities with compassion and dignity. With nearly three decades of ministry involvement, Rapheal brings a servant’s heart, spiritual maturity, and a strong commitment to integrity and accountability in the management of resources entrusted to the organization.

In his role as CFO, Rapheal supports the ministry’s leadership by helping ensure that financial practices reflect responsible stewardship, transparency, and alignment with the mission of Hart To Hart Ministries. His steady leadership and dedication help strengthen the organization’s ability to serve communities while maintaining a foundation of trust and faithful management.

A Legacy of Service

Throughout his years in ministry, Rapheal has served in several leadership and service roles, including 25 years in the Usher Ministry where he served as Vice President of the Young Adult Ushers for 20 years, and a member of the Security Ministry for three years. These experiences reflect his long-standing commitment to serving God’s people and supporting the work of ministry in both leadership and service capacities.

Early Life & Family

Raised in a military family, Rapheal spent his early life living in different countries and states before eventually settling in California. He later married his childhood sweetheart, and together they have built a strong family foundation, celebrating more than 47 years of marriage. They are the proud parents of two sons and the loving grandparents of three grandchildren.

Rapheal approaches his leadership with a servant’s heart and a desire to faithfully support the goals and mission of Hart To Hart Ministries. His life and service are guided by the message of Psalm 23, which reflects his trust in God’s leadership and provision.
