Frederick Adams serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Hart To Hart Ministries, Inc., bringing over 15 years of professional experience in real estate and organizational leadership. As a Realtor and Team Leader of The A-Team Real Estate Group at Radius Agent Realty, Frederick has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, strategic growth, and client-focused service. His professional background also includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Thad Brown Boys Academy in San Francisco, reflecting his passion for youth development and community impact.
Industry Governance & Board Experience
Frederick’s leadership extends into professional associations, where he currently serves as Parliamentarian for the Associated Real Property Brokers (ARPB) in Oakland, California, and previously held the role of Sergeant-at-Arms. His governance experience provides him with a strong foundation in board operations, structure, and accountability—skills he brings to strengthen the mission and effectiveness of Hart To Hart Ministries.
Ministry & Community Service
A man of faith and service, Frederick has been actively involved in ministry through various roles, including serving as an elder, a youth Sunday school teacher, and a member of the men’s choir. He is also a founding member of Quench Life Christian Fellowship, where he has contributed through leadership in men’s groups and voice acting for the “One on One” podcast. His commitment to service extends into the broader community through involvement with organizations such as the Arthritis Foundation, Meals on Wheels, and St. Anthony’s Foundation.
