Our mission is to cultivate an environment where every person, regardless of their background or beliefs, feels welcomed, supported, and inspired. Through worship, outreach, education, and creative expressions, we aim to empower individuals on their unique journeys of faith and personal growth.

Hart To Hart Ministries was founded in 2021 by Dr. Ruby E. Lockhart in partnership with her husband, Willie Lockhart Jr. What began as a shared calling to serve those often forgotten and overlooked has grown into a boots-on-the-ground outreach ministry committed to meeting both physical and spiritual needs throughout California. Dr. Lockhart formally established the ministry after years of prayer, preparation, and personal life experience, while she and her husband embraced the vision together.
 
The foundation of Hart To Hart Ministries is not theory — it is built upon lived faith, perseverance through trials, and a deep understanding of hardship, restoration, and God’s sustaining grace. From the beginning, the mission has been clear: go beyond the church walls and meet people where they are — bringing compassion, dignity, essential resources, and the hope of Jesus Christ.
 
Since its founding, the ministry has expanded its outreach to Patterson, Stockton, Modesto, Tracy, Sacramento, Fresno, Elk Grove, and surrounding communities. Through monthly mobilizations, seasonal campaigns, and community wellness events, hundreds of individuals and families are served each year.
Hart To Hart Ministries focuses on:
 
• Distributing food, water, clothing, hygiene supplies, and blankets
• Conducting mobile outreach in high-impact areas
• Partnering with local churches, businesses, and agencies
• Offering prayer, encouragement, and spiritual support
• Hosting community wellness and resource events
 
As the ministry has grown, so has its leadership and depth of service. Hart To Hart Ministries is guided by a committed Board of Directors who provide spiritual covering, governance, accountability, and strategic oversight. Our team also includes certified Christian coaches whose professional training, combined with personal life experience, allows them to offer biblically grounded guidance, encouragement, and practical support to those seeking clarity, healing, and growth.
 
We remain dedicated to serving with humility, compassion, and excellence — believing that lasting impact happens heart to heart.
